HNBR after long-term exposure to heat, oil and chemicals are known to their physical strength, and retention characteristics. According to the filler selection and loading, HNBR compounds typically have a tensile strength of 20 – 31 MPa when measured at 23 ℃.
HNBR compounding techniques allowed to be used in a wide temperature range from -40 ° to 165 ℃, with minimal degradation over time. For low-temperature performance, low ACN grades should be used; temperature performance by using highly saturated HNBR grades with white fillers to obtain. As a group, HNBR elastomer having a common automotive fluids (e.g., engine oil, coolant, fuel, etc.) and many industrial chemicals is excellent. Application
