Rubber Roller and wheel coating

Rubber roller and wheel coating is provided by IKSONIC Group using a wide variety of materials.  We can produce the custom rollers as per your design drawing. Our  facility can provide a finish including the diamond, grooved and herringbone. Any new rubber roller and wheel coating service (including metals) can be offered to your exact requirements from drawings or samples. We can also provide spare parts to repair your journal ends and bearings if required. Iksonic can supply rice huller rubber roller and custom industrial rubber roller.

How to Measure a Roller for rubber roller and wheel coating?

To enable us to quote for your roller requirements, we normally require the following information:

Finished outside diameter (FOD)
Inside diameter (ID)
Length
Material type including shore hardness and finish.

For new rollers, we may also ask for further information from the diagram below.
